Very good commercial quality products. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and helped with product selection, layout and installation.

Anup Shenai★★★★★

It's great that we got commercial-grade, good quality gym equipment delivered and installed at our place through a local dealer, NextGen. Luke made the whole process easy. The equipment looks sturdy and is pretty much what we were looking for. Having the peace of mind that if anything breaks down or needs to be looked at, it can be done locally is a big positive. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Luke.

Kassie Suter★★★★★

Luke and the team have been brilliant assisting us with the purchase, delivery and set up of our home gym. Luke talked us through equipment options to meet our goals but also the best fit our 4.5x6m space. Luke was flexible and allowed us to pick up flooring early to lay that before he arrived with equipment. The team were knowledgeable and efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. It is both a functional space for the whole family and looks aesthetically pleasing. Thanks guys!!

I recently got a treadmill, bench press and several other pieces of gym equipment from Next Gen Fitness Equipment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Luke was absolutely incredible to deal with from start to finish. He was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out was that he personally delivered the equipment, set everything up and made sure it was all ready to use before he left.

He genuinely went above & beyond for us and we are so incredibly grateful.

I highly recommend these guys for any of your home gym or fitness equipment needs. Exceptional service and a genuinely great experience! I will definitely be back!

Questions

Straight Answers

How are your prices lower than the big commercial brands?
We keep overheads low and sell direct: no showrooms, no sales teams, no distributor markup. You deal directly with the owner, Luke, and get commercial grade equipment at more than 30% less than leading retailers.
Is the equipment really commercial grade?
Yes. Our ranges have spent over 7 years in daily use at Next Level Echuca Moama, a 1,300 m² gym running more than 70 pieces of NXT GEN equipment, under real member load day in, day out.
The prices are so low. How do I know it's legit?
Fair question. Once your equipment is built, and before it ships, Luke sends you photos or video of your actual machines. You can also see 70+ NXT GEN pieces in daily use at Next Level Echuca Moama, and read our Google reviews.
Does it arrive flat packed?
Either. Your equipment can arrive built or flat packed, agreed with Luke and written on your quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Your equipment comes with a 12 month structural frame warranty. Luke has never had a claim on it.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
Once you accept your quote, Luke sends an invoice with bank transfer details. You pay a 50% deposit to lock in your order, then the balance before pick up, or before delivery and install.
Can I pick it up, or do you deliver?
Both. Pick up is free from Echuca. We also supply gyms, PT studios and home setups across Victoria and Australia-wide, with delivery and install quoted for your area, because Luke prices every job by hand.
How long does it take?
It depends on the machines you choose and what's in stock, so ask Luke when he calls you about your quote.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price shows the total including GST, with the ex GST price underneath for business buyers. Luke confirms delivery and install in your personalised quote so there are no surprises.
What is the free floor plan?
Order more than $10,000 of equipment (inc GST) and Luke draws up a free floor plan of your gym or studio, laid out to scale with the real machines, so you know it all fits before you buy.
Can Luke get equipment that isn't in the catalogue?
Yes. Luke sources gear beyond what's listed in the catalogue. Tell him what you're after and he'll find it and price it.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Luke personally calls every enquiry within 24 hours with a personalised quote and honest advice on the right gear for your space and budget. No pressure, no lock in: just numbers you can compare.
