NXT GEN Fitness Equipment ("we", "us") is based in Echuca, Victoria, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
The links in our Facebook and Instagram posts carry a short tag that names the post and whether it was on Facebook or Instagram. When you arrive through one, your browser holds that tag only until you close the tab. We do not use cookies for this.
If you then send us an enquiry, the tag, the page you first landed on and the page you sent it from are saved with your enquiry, so we can see which posts help people find us. We also count how many visits each post brings. That count records only the post tag and the page you landed on, never your name, contact details or anything you type.
The products you add to an enquiry are saved in your own browser, so the list is still there if you reload the page or come back later. Only the product codes are kept, for up to 30 days, and the list clears once you send it. Nothing in it leaves your device until you press send.
We do not send your name, phone number or email address to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or any other advertising service.
We use trusted service providers to store and process enquiries, including our customer-relationship platform (Go High Level / LeadConnector), our enquiry service (Supabase) and our email delivery service (Resend). A copy of each equipment enquiry is also kept in Luke's own quoting system, which runs on Railway. Some of these providers store data in the United States, so your enquiry may be disclosed overseas. We never sell your personal information.
This website is hosted on Vercel, a United States company. Like most hosting providers, it may record standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance, and those logs may be held in the United States. The visit count for our social posts runs on Railway, also a United States company. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may log the same kind of technical details when the font files are requested.
Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any ongoing customer relationship.
