The nxt gen movement range is unique in that it literally ‘moves’ whilst the user performs the action.

This movement allows the user to naturally maintain positive posture throughout the motion which can be even without the realisation that its occurring.

Suitable for all levels, they are excellent for beginner or senior persons, likewise with a commercial weight loading capacity they are an excellent training device for those experienced.
