Freedom Range Belt Squat

The freedom belt squat is part of the nxt gen freedom range.

The freedom belt squat enables the user to complete a full range squat under load supported upon your hips as opposed to more conventional squatting movements where as the weight is supported from your shoulders, therefore placing stress on the lower back and compression on the spine.

Additional features include: adjustable arm, weight plate storage, handrail support, adjustable footplate angle, independent footplates, band connection points.
