Freedom Range Lying Chest Press

The nxt gen freedom lying chest press is part of the nxt gen freedom equipment range.

The freedom lying chest press allows the user to perform the movement to their own natural or preferred lifting path.  Put simply on this pressing action, as well as up/down, the piece also allows for side to side movement in an iso lateral nature. The nxt gen freedom range is adaptive to the way the user completes the movement rather than forcing users to adapt to the machine.

This unique piece is the closest that a weight plate loaded machine can be to a free weight movement.

Additional features include: handle starting height adjustment, weight plate storage, U shaped handles for alt grip options.
