Part of the nxt gen compound range, the belt squat / chin / dip / row is a unique and multi purposed weight plate loaded piece.

The design of the machine allows for numerous movements to be performed therefore enabling multiple muscle groups of the human body to be activated.

Movements that can be performed are as follows: belt squat, body weight or body weight increased load chins, body weight or body weight increased load dips, bent over row.
